Our motto says “Experience Better”… But why are we better?

1) The Franchise – We have developed the franchise, the Yolotti Frozen Yogurt store, incorporating the best aspects of what we have observed in the marketplace over the span of 24 months. The depth of our research went beyond the frozen yogurt category as we studied and incorporated aspects of destination type establishments into the Yolotti Frozen Yogurt store. (Starbucks is an example of a destination type establishment.)

2) The Yogurt – The centerpiece of our store is Yolotti Frozen Yogurt. We will employ the best from multiple manufacturers. Eight machines per store allow us offer a wide variety of yogurt flavors, non-sugar added yogurt offerings and sorbet (a non-dairy product).

3) The Toppings – With 50+ toppings per store, we believe this is an optimum amount to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and still maintain excellent quality control. Our attention to detail, such as more extensive built ins and the omission of unsightly squeeze bottles provides a sleeker and cleaner look than the typical yogurt store.

4) The Equipment – Our yogurt machines were selected after an exhaustive search, including meetings at the manufacturing plant in Illinois, for what we feel was the best combination of performance, reliability and service from a manufacturer. The equipment is a very important ingredient toward maintaining a high standard of product every hour of every day.

5) The People and the Process – We employ highly energetic people that our committed to customer service and who will execute their job according to our process descriptions. Yolotti Frozen Yogurt has developed a high standard of process control in the areas of food preparation, calorie and nutritional documentation, equipment maintenance and cleanliness.

5) The Coffee – Part of becoming or evolving to a destination type establishment is coffee. When drinking coffee, people tend to reflect, energize or just plain relax. They mingle around coffee and will seek it out all day long. We decided to have coffee as an integral part of our Yolotti product line and will offer only freshly ground 100% Arabica beans. We choose Arabica for the combination of smoothness and depth of character. The coffee will be self-serve for unlimited servings and will always be hot, fresh and flavorful.

5) The Baked Goods – Each Yolotti store will offer both freshly baked goods and those selected by bakers that meet our high expectations. We will offer cookies, muffins and “Lotti Cakes” to complement both our frozen yogurt and our coffee. Lotti or Yo Cakes are designed to place on the bottom of a cup of Yolotti Frozen Yogurt to absorb the goodness placed on top. Lotti Cakes will also be offered to enjoy with coffee independent of yogurt.

6) The Commitment –The founders of Yolotti Frozen Yogurt set out to provide a better overall experience for all age groups that encourage customers to stay awhile and visit often. To accomplish this it was necessary create our own franchise.
