The Retirement Plan Services Client Support Lead is primarily responsible for all aspects of supervision over the Retirement Plan Services Client Support team's operations, metric reporting, process automation recommendations and the managing of compliance and risk exposure, ensuring that each function is processed accurately and timely for BOKF.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Identifies, recommends, participates in the development and implements revision of internal standards for all RPS client support processes such as: Tax Withholding, Pension, LumpSum and IRA distributions, on demand/recurring check/ach/wire processing; forms/cash/data file processing; ensures that all written procedures are up to date and consistent identification of work flow and new process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency; provides staff with clear concise written guidelines and provides feedback related to policies to ensure the written procedures are in line with those policies and are consistent with overall divisional goals and objectives; minimizes losses through effective internal controls.
:Identifies savings and efficiencies in overall operation; prepares management reports, expense reports, budget variances and operational statistics in order to interpret and translate critical information from the various accounting processes including all vendor applications to ensure that we have controls in place according to audit requirements, reporting all exceptions and service standard violations to the next level Management, detect procedure exceptions that go against any department policies, and expose all problems that lend themselves to financial risk to the customers or to BOK.
:Ensures department efficiency by predicting, controlling, implementing and approving changes in workload, procedures, and schedules through analysis of internal operations and appraisal of external needs identified through an active continual liaison with other departments; recommends additions to staff and exercises usual authority of a Lead/Supervisor concerning performance, salary, discipline, counseling, termination recommendations. Establishes and maintains working relationships with other Leads, department managers, other areas of Wealth Management, and auditors to ensure needs of customers and organizations are met.

:Advanced knowledge of production management, operations and delivery systems

:Advanced knowledge of employee benefit laws and regulations for defined contribution plans, recordkeeping systems and processes
:Advanced PC skills including data manipulation, date extracts, create macros, integrate worksheets, perform file transfers, upload and download of information between online systems and PC applications and the ability to create management reports from the data
