Inside Sales Agent - Job Requirements:

• Cold calling – 1 year
• Proven inside sales experience with a track record of OVER-achieving
• Phone sales – 1 year
• High school or equivalent
• Hold or acquire a real estate license right away
• Incredible attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely

Inside Sales Agent - Job Objective :

Our ambitions are driving us to be the top team in the region and this means bringing in a rock star sales agent that is as hungry and determined as we are. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client and revenue growth objectives. If you are not comfortable spending 80+% of your day on the phone prospecting interest, qualifying leads and closing on appointments, this will not be the job for you. Inside Sales Agent - Job Description:

You will be responsible for all areas of prospecting, cultivating, acquiring, managing and appointment setting. Leads will come thru various inbound and outbound sources. Must obtain critical information about buyers and sellers, qualify all leads before setting up solid appointments and assigning them out to the team specialists. It is very important that you are a quick study & have incredible attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely. We will work with the right candidate on any level.

Inside Sales Agent - Job Skills:

• Practice, memorize and internalize prospecting scripts
• Ability to focus and block out any distractions
• Listen intently to the conversation and respond accordingly to every nuance
• Communicate with a strong, phone presences that is clear and concise as well as friendly and approachable
• Maintain strong control of the prospecting calls
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and the team
• Extremely organized and excellent time management skills
• Highly detailed and organized in all work
• Results oriented and goals over achiever
• Knowledgeable in computers and internet
• Ability to learn quickly and without constant direction
• Career oriented and goal driven
• Willing to spend 80%+ of the day on the phone and focused

Inside Sales Agent - Job Responsibilities:

• Practice, memorize and implement scripts on a daily basis
• Follow a detailed prospecting schedule
• Prospect for 6+ hours a day
• Meet minimum calling quotas
• Cold calling
• Calling nurtures and hot prospects
• Expired
• FSBO
• Buyers
• Sellers
• Sphere
• Past Client/Database
• Neighborhood calls for Just Listed/Just Sold
• Various other sources
• Conduct detailed follow up calls every day
• Manage all nurtures and convert them into qualified appointments
• Manage a detailed CRM
• Ask for referrals on all calls
• Able to be held accountable for goals and results
• Track daily and weekly calls, contacts and goals
• Measure conversion rations and exceed performance benchmarks
• Incredible attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely

Inside Sales Agent - Compensation:

Full time position requires 40 hours a week salary with hourly base plus commission. $60,000 at target with no ceiling. We will not hold you back!
