Client Account and Performance Measurement Analyst III is primarily responsible for evaluating and administering the Cavanal Hill services delivered to clients. This includes interaction with external clients, investment managers, auditors, sales team members, and consultants. Serves as quarterback to client by determining and delivering expertise of Cavanal Hill Administrative and Operations personnel relating to a variety of issues such as, but not limited to, the account opening process and strategy assignment. The Client Account and Performance Measurement Analyst III analyzes, develops, determines and implements solutions for complex client and departmental problems and issues. The Client Account and Performance Measurement Analyst III also supports, analyzes and influences the process of complying with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS), which is under SEC purview, and acts as a senior subject matter expert for performance measurement related issues and projects. Generally works independently, with direction from the Manager, Client Services/Performance Measurement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Account Management: Effectively manages and administers Cavanal Hill client accounts. Anticipates service needs and proactively and efficiently handles exceptions; performs complex research and provides recommendations, develops and implements solutions and communicates resolutions and enhancements to client.
:Client Transition Support: Orchestrates and confirms the transition of new Cavanal Hill clients including large and complex account relationships; communicates and coordinates with custodian and new client; coordinates and confirms transfer of data; coordinates and confirms other documentation regarding the account opening. Researches and recommends solutions to any issues, problems or disputes for accounts or investment manager issues for Cavanal Hill accounts, including those issues at the highest level of complexity.
:Client Investment Review: Analyzes, recommends reporting solutions, and prepares reports for client investment review meetings. Includes analyzing and compiling analytical and report information; reviews information for accuracy. Researches and corrects any data issues and recommends processes to mitigate future issues.
:GIPS Compliance: Supports the process of complying with the GIPS standards by recommending and implementing GIPS compliant policies and procedures, creating, analyzing, and distributing GIPS information and reports, and working with third party vendors and systems to achieve compliance in an efficient manner.
:Performance Measurement Analysis: Acts as a senior subject matter expert on performance measurement issues and projects by analyzing and recommending portfolio return calculations, writing and testing performance report specs, and proactively offering and implementing solutions to complex performance measurement needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
:Comprehensive knowledge of accounting practices and principles in order to effectively evaluate the suitability of investments for clients of portfolio managers and other institutional clients. Possess the ability to present persuasive findings in presentations and whitepapers.
