The Operations Specialist : Asset Movement and Cashiering will work as a member of the Tulsa Brokerage Operations team, which works closely with the financial consultants, sales managers and other team members to ensure all money movement is processed in a timely manner. The primary focus will be ensuring that money movement requests are processed accurately and timely; and to make certain operational controls are in place to meet the standard of BOSC policy and procedures.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Money Movement/Cashiering. The associate will monitor and approve money movement requests as to information accuracy and completeness, categorization of account/customer type, review of documents submitted and final assessment/approval of account documentation completion. This position will be responsible for ensuring customer information and document requirements are met in regards to KYC, CIP, AML and FINRA rules.
:NetX360 Work Corner : Work Basket. Monitor and processes Incoming account transfers, Journals, Periodic Instruction, Standing Instructions:ACH and Fed Funds by working with financial consultants and sales assistants.
:Maintains physical and electronic records. Manages filing of required documents and uploads documents to NetX360.
:Performs functions of new business processing, training and customer service as needed for back:up.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
:Strong attention to detail; ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner, focusing on detailed execution and accuracy.
:Ability to manage and prioritize new account workflow.
:Excellent PC and software application skills; i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook.
:Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills along with professional discretion regarding sensitive information; excellent conflict management skills.
:Excellent PC skills including appropriate systems usage (including but not limited to NetX360, Bloomberg, Morningstar, MoneyGuide Pro, Salesforce).This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 1:2 years experience investment sales/operations or 6:7 years equivalent work related experience. Series 99 (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
