Summary and Purpose of Position
The Business Process Analyst optimizes the capability of the Right Angle vendor application by assisting the users in entering and processing natural gas liquid data to produce customer statements and invoices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:Serves as liaison between IM and Volume Management:Liquids and Commodity Marketing including being the first to evaluate and triage system errors
:Enters and tracks defects
:Continually looks for ways to simplify and improve processes supported by the Right Angle system including reporting
:Aids the Marketing Reps and Distribution Reps in adding new assets, complex deals, etc. to the Right Angle application
:Evaluates security roles, processes IDM requests for internal users, and sets up external users
:Performs user acceptance and regression testing for software patches, version increments, and major releases
:Trains new internal and external users as well as maintains the training material
:Defines and executes the monthly closing process for multiple reporting entities
:Develops and maintains business continuity plan
:Fulfills data requests
Minimum Qualifications
:5+years experience
:Strong knowledge of Right Angle and Excel
:Ability to improve business processes
:Customer Focus, Action Oriented, Team Player, Attention to Detail
:Ability to work with multiple departments, areas and customers
Preferred Qualification
:Bachelor's Degree
:Ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data and to be able to make appropriate, well: reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business users
