DUTIES: Overseeing day-to-day operations of Walker Hall, a transitional living housing program, including but not limited to all duties and responsibilities of Resident Assistant positions, scheduling of all shifts, interviewing and screening program applicants, collaborating with community providers and helping systems, working with other Association Team Leaders and Property Maintenance Manager as part of the Housing Services Management team, overseeing all paperwork and documentation, and working in conjunction with Housing and Recovery Services Director in the overall program development

REPORTS TO: Assistant Director of Permanent Supported Housing

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree preferred, experience working with young adults who have experienced foster care, trauma or mental illness required, good interpersonal skills, strong teamwork and leadership skills needed, current Adult First Aid, CPR, CAPE (Creating a Positive Environment) certificates a plus

HOURS: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday (some evenings and weekends, flexibility in scheduling required)
