Receptionist/Legal Secretary

Serve clients and visitors by greeting and referring them, in person or on the telephone; transferring calls; answering or referring inquiries; notifying staff members of their arrival; maintaining and cleaning office, reception room and other areas of the building; update appointment and location schedules by inputting data; support attorneys by confirming appointments; following-up on "no show" appointments; preparing files for new clients; general clerical and filing duties, including preparing drafts of legal documents. Must be PC Proficient, Professional, capable of multi-tasking and people oriented. Business casual or better dress required. Pay depending upon experience, either full or part-time potential.
