Job Description
Job Title: Order Processing Analyst
Location: Tulsa, OK
Duration: Fulltime

Position Description:
Job Summary:
The Order Processing Analyst will be responsible for analysing orders with accuracy and speed to achieve same day processing to meet service level agreements.
Duties will include verification of pricing, undertaking contract review, obtaining manufacturing criteria to process orders and code each order/item
accordingly for daily and monthly reports.
Daily interaction with Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Engineers and other departments within the company as needed.

Essential functions:
Analyse pricing, discount, commissions, quotes and customer contracts for each order/item. Assign product codes, business codes and lead times accordingly. Determine if product is to be
manufactured by an affiliate and code accordingly.
Edit orders with all information needed to enter orders correctly. Verify information needed to process orders to Manufacturing, completing Buck Slips, Pull Drawing Requests and Stream Sheets as needed. Compare Approval Drawing specifications against Q2O order report.

Order Processing Analyst Job Description
Coordinate with Sales Representatives, Correspondents, Accounting, Engineering and Manufacturing concerning certain criteria needed to process/modify orders.
Assist with other duties as needed; including but not limited to, inputting new orders, change orders, processing back orders and sending Certified and Approval drawings, filing.

Other functions:
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:
Education:
High school degree required. 1:2 years of college preferable or equivalent business experience working in a related field.

Experience:
Aptitude in both English and Math. Company and team oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
Must be detail oriented.

Knowledge:
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment. Excellent oral and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi:task.
Strong ownership of responsibility and desire to provide superior service to both internal and external customers.
Intrinsically self:motivated behaviour.

Mental/Physical/Visual Demands:
Ability to read, analyse, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability mathematical operations to some tasks. Ability principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Ability to lift up to twenty:five pounds. Frequently needs to talk and hear.
Occasionally stands, walks and sits, as well as using hands to touch or feel, and arms to reach.
Working Conditions: General office conditions. Moderate noise (examples: business office with
computers and printers, light traffic).

Equipment/Tools Used:
Must possess the ability to learn the computer system and work with company enterprise software. Frequently uses office equipment such as telephones, facsimile machine, photocopier, LCD projector, etc.

Safety:
Safe work performance is required from each employee at all times. Additionally, the proper discharge of safety responsibilities is an integral part of each employees performance appraisal.
