Provides leadership and support to staff by giving direction and guidance in the formulation, integration, and implementation of long- and short-term plans; works collaboratively with directors to build a unified future vision and supports a council-wide,data-driven strategy for Membership, Program, and Volunteerism. Serves as a key member of the councils senior leadership team, helping to establish priorities, launch new initiatives, align resources, adapt systems, and champion change. Spearheads a comprehensive, multifunctional plan for on-going program enhancement, membership retention and growth, and volunteer engagement for traditional delivery channels. Integrates with Community Outreach and identifies synergy in operations. Oversees the implementation, stabilization or operations of various Salesforce modules incorporated in the CEI system. Develops norms, standards, metrics and consistent expectations resulting in integrated work, continuous improvement, and learning. Seeks out and implements best practices. Interprets and promotes the organisation in the community to enhance the understanding and appreciation of the organisationprogram; promotes the organisationas a preeminent organization for girls, fosters interest in volunteer service opportunities, and increases the visibility and support for girl and adult members. Ensures systems are in place to evaluate programs for relevance to girls and the achievement of expected outcomes; builds public awareness of the impact of theorganisation experience through networking and collaboration with a broad range of external groups. Fosters and cultivates a pluralistic and supportive environment for girls, volunteers, and employees; adheres to the councils affirmative action policies and guidelines. Works collaboratively with senior leadership in fund development, marketing, communications, and public relations functions to build relationships with community groups that further the councils public relations and fund development efforts. Ensures that council program delivery reflects current research and best practices on the development of girls, youth development, and experiential education. Oversees budget development and monitoring, and ensures resources are deployed effectively. Other duties as assigned. Bachelors degree or masters preferred. Ten years of experience in delivery of services. Demonstrated success in transforming cultures. Passion for designing and executing efficient and effective processes. Significant experience in measurement systems and metrics. Knowledgeable of human resource processes. Ability to network and establish strong interpersonal relationships with volunteers and the community. Strong computer skills. System implementation experience and Salesforce knowledge, a plus. Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to model behavior consistent with the organisation, Promise, values and Law. Willingness to work flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends. Proof of meeting Oklahoma State requirements regarding auto licensing, drivers license. Ability to lift 25 pounds.
