The Customer Service Representative in ExpressBank is an expert in providing the best client experience possible for BOKF's clients.They are empowered and responsible for providing a superior experience on every interaction in a manner that builds a permanently engaged client.Interactions include providing answers or solutions on account activity, digital banking products, debit cards and a variety of other products or processes. The ExpressBanker interacts with clients via phone and may utilize chat, email or other digital communication channels.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Efficiently answer inbound calls, chats, secure messages and other communications from BOKF clients. Solve problems and answer questions; provide quality service to BOKF clients and determine their needs/anticipate additional needs in order to completely and accurately resolve their issue on the first contact. Demonstrate good decision making ability, mitigate risk and ensure BOKF's clients feel confident that we have taken care of them. Issues generally include questions regarding account transactions, account balances, account activity, digital banking, debit cards, loans and time deposits. ExpressBanker will also process some transactions such as stop payments, funds transfers, account and debit card maintenance. Demonstrates ownership, care and exemplary customer service when responding to clients. Follows up in a timely manner to all peer and client inquiries. Completes all transactions with accuracy and within guidelines, policies or procedures. Utilizes numerous programs and systems to investigate and resolve client questions or issues.
:Confidently recommend a full range of consumer products and services such as deposit accounts, consumer loan products, digital banking, ATM and other self:service options to enable clients to reach their financial goals.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
:Knowledge of consumer banking products and services including mobile and online banking.
:Knowledge of bank operations and contact center operations including phone, email and chat support
:Excellent verbal communication skills; effectively and courteously providing customer information, resolving issues and gaining information by asking appropriate questions
:Excellent written communication skills demonstrated by professional etiquette, proper grammar and punctuation.
:Excellent problem:solving and conflict resolution skills
:Ability to follow established standards and use judgment to determine when appropriate to escalate
:Advanced PC application skills and the ability to learn to use various internal systems; Proficient in various software applications such as MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint
:Good decision making, problem solving and organizational skills
:Excellent client service and relationship building skills
:Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiply and division)
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma
